At least according to my definitions, the "floor" levels of integral practice are defined - now, the issue is, how to build on that, and also building financially viable structures to allow functional integral practices to flow through easily.
As I define integral practice, as I've said many many times, it is in the following areas -
a. Body -- diet, exercise, medicine
b. Relationships - partner, family, community
c. Service - (related to relationships) - giving, doing FOR others, love, etc.
d. Spirituality - meditation, non-dual, i-thou, realization, selfless love, sangha
e. Professional growth - productivity, developing skills, innate talents and abilities, discipline, accomplishment
f. Psychological - shadow work, therapeutic work, ego/sub-personalities and integration, optimistic attitude, the power of meaning in life,
g. Creativity - further self-expression, in any of the above areas, or simply creativity for creativy's sake.
I believe that most of the above - a through g, currently has at least a "top 3" recommended activities, or where to focus.
I'll spend time over the next month going through the "top 3" practices for each area, a through g.
Now, this of course means that the "mysteries", are pscychological and structural - given all the great advice, knowledge, and information out there on "how best to live" - why don't more people take the advice, knowledge, and information, and make their life, and others, better? How to deal with those resistances - be it the "7 deadly sins", or simple resistance.

Why don't people take the advice on how best to live? Maybe there is no best way, strictly speaking. I mean don't you have to qualify the 'best way' like this way would lead to greater peace and harmony, therefore behaving/praticing in such and such a way lead to more peace and harmony? But whats to say thats necessarily better atleast at a particular given point in time?
Well what I can tell you for myself is that as time goes on, it becomes a matter of lack of interest. If I happen to do anything resembling the above it certainly was not meant as any kind of practice, I'm just naturally going about my business. I am not trying to develop a better me, and sometimes I may intentionally do the opposite. Frankly I have to say an approach of building structures has the potential danger of falling into spiritual materialism. No doubt this is addressed elsewhere, but in terms of what actually happens I must say I am very skeptical. In my experience one ounce of realization gives a ton of power as measured in practices, whereas you can get absolutely nowhere by relyingon the structure of practice without that insight/understanding. I hope this clearly conveys what I am trying to express. Re: Re: 60% of Integral Practice mystery solved!

Hi there,
You may well be right. I wonder that as well. I can say though, that realizations about living - best health, best interpersonal, how to work with shadow, psychological work - tend to "realize" different aspects of being, than realization proper. That is what "integral" is about, is "realizing" or embodying, the essential insights for the different modes of life. I don't think that full embodiment of humanness happnes via realization alone.
