Not being a procrastinator is essential for those who live "integrally", employing skills in different dimensions.
I'm curious. Has anyone ever experienced a tremendous CHANGE in your own procrastination tendencies?
With a caveat here, that you have had the same procrastination tendencies for at least 5 years. Has anyone changed, in terms of those tendencies, if there is an established 5 year pattern in adulthood?
If so - what changed this for you?
