After reviewing some of the Big Mind, and talking about it with a couple of other people:

It makes a big difference in the effect of Big Mind, if you do it in a live group, with a good facilitator, as opposed to watching a video.

Huge difference. 

The whole flavor seems to be lost, without this. 

Anyone else experience this?
